Freelance project 2024

Sendian Group

Sendian Group needed a single site to represent a conglomerate spanning half a dozen distinct businesses, from construction and property management to landscaping and electro-mechanical services, each with its own identity, without the site reading as fragmented or generic. I built a clean, content-driven site with a video hero, a structured business-activities system with filtering, and consistent visual language across every sub-division, using restrained design (white space, a single gold accent) to keep the focus on the company's credibility rather than decoration.

The challenge

Sendian Group's businesses span construction, real estate, landscaping, electro-mechanical services, and more, each historically presented with inconsistent branding and no shared visual language. The goal was a single site that reads as one credible company while giving each sub-division enough distinct identity to stand on its own.

Approach

I structured the businesses section around a filterable directory so visitors can browse by sector, paired with a consistent card and detail template reused across every division regardless of industry. A single gold accent color and generous white space keep the focus on photography and content rather than decoration, appropriate for a company positioning itself as an established, trustworthy conglomerate rather than a flashy startup.
